Vendor Application

• APPLICATIONS FOR NOVEMBER 29 & 30TH MARKET OPEN OCTOBER 1, 2025!
• Only the products listed in the application may be displayed, so list all item types that you wish to sell.
• You must be able to vend during all market hours.
• Set up is Friday night or Saturday morning: you must be ready 20 minutes before doors open.
• The hall will be locked during non-market hours. Displays may remain up overnight. All items left at vendor’s own risk: by applying, you acknowledge that Tailor-Made Magick Inc. bears no liability for missing or damaged items.
• Only one vendor per table.
• Nothing may be affixed to the walls.
• There are 60 minutes for take-down at the end of the market.
• No refunds on table fees will be provided within one (1) month of the market date.
• Social media is an important factor in promoting the market. Vendors/readers must post, repost, like, comment, collaborate, and generally engage with Tailor-Made Magick and other vendors/readers on their social media accounts on a frequent basis. A promotional picture (and an editable template to create more) will be provided and must be posted at least weekly from acceptance up to the market date (tag tailormademagick on these posts).
• If you do not have or want an Instagram or Facebook account you will be required to promote the market through flyer delivery or poster hanging.
